Privacy notice relating exclusively to processing of ordinary personal data. Notice in accordance with Section 13 of Legislative Decree No 196/2003.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No 196/2003, we are providing you with relevant information regarding the purpose and modalities of the processing of your personal data, as well as the scope of communication and dissemination of such data, the nature of the data in our possession and of how they were provided.

Purpose of processing

Compliance with all applicable legal obligations regarding current or future commercial/contractual relations with you, such as fulfilment of contractual, accounting, salary, pension, tax obligations, etc.

Modality of processing

Processing will be carried out using modern information systems by specifically appointed persons who shall perform all operations concerning collection, recording, organisation, keeping, elaboration, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilisation, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction necessary for the purposes of the contractual relationship and compliance with legal obligations.

Scope of communication and dissemination

In addition to communication and dissemination in compliance with legal obligations, your processed data will/may be communicated to:
  1. credit factoring and credit recovery companies;
  2. credit institutions;
  3. credit insurance companies;
  4. professionals and consultants associated with our services and having commercial or contractual relations with our company within the scope of the relationship established with you;
  5. Chambers of Commerce, Public Authorities and the Public Administration in compliance with applicable regulations;
  6. municipal, provincial and state administrations, public administrations in general.

Your private data will not be disseminated to persons or entities other than those listed above.

Nature of provision of data

Provision of data is voluntary but the data controller emphasizes that any non-communication of compulsory information will make it impossible for the present Company/Firm to perform the commercial/contractual relationship. Where data is wrongly communicated, the data controller cannot warrant that processing will be performed in accordance with the contractual undertakings for which it was provided, nor that the results of such processing will comply with relevant tax or administrative regulatory obligations or with the undertakings involved in the work for which it was provided.

You may exercise your rights under Sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 Legislative Decree No 196/2003 by addressing your request to the data controller.
