The theatre of memorable historical events in the final months of World War II, Palazzo Manzi becomes the ideal setting to re-enact them in a museum environment.
Designed and realized by Asteria, an innovative Museum of the End of World War II was created in Dongo: a virtual, interactive journey in the meanderings of one of the most controversial pages of Italian history.

With descriptive panels, documentaries and video testimonies, screenings of unreleased footage and engaging immersive reconstructions, the exhibition stimulates the public to become the story’s protagonist.
The modern multimedia technologies developed by Asteria catapult the visitor into a tragic fight of Italians against Italians, making him experience personally the capture and shooting of Mussolini.
